Their presentation gave us a great opportunity to reflect on whether we are heading in the right direction with our own plans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Alo Kippasto<\/strong>\u00a0gave us a glimpse into what Telliskivi TLN is planning to achieve over the next two years. The vision is to transform the existing M-building into a cohesive development consisting of eight interconnected parts, with an extension of the business district`s main street and smaller side streets weaving through the area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The campus will welcome bold new architecture for retail, services and offices, while also creating more space for greenery and a vibrant, lively atmosphere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once all the presentations were over, members of the community had the opportunity to ask the experts questions. We then headed out on a guided tour of the M-building.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It may have been raining cats and dogs, but we didn\u2019t let that stop us.
