All office floors have the added value of cosy terraces facing the evening sun.

K-building

K-building, located at Telliskivi 60/5, is a class A office building in Telliskivi TLN, completed at the beginning of 2024. The author of the architectural solution is Peeter Pere Arhitektid. The use of classic brick facade and articulation with terraces make the building architecturally unique.

M-building

M-building is the biggest in Telliskivi TLN. It has a reputable history and was built during different eras. As of yet, no considerable changes have been made to the building by us, but it is currently in the preparation phase of development – first ideas have been set, but the exact architectural plan and volume of the building are yet to be confirmed. The vision for M-building is to create a comprehensive business environment that would offer office spaces as well as services and areas for spending time outside of work.

ON-building

ON-building is located at the gate of Telliskivi TLN. Renovated in 2015, it now offers office and service spaces from 17 to 661 m2. G-building

G-building, located at Telliskivi 60/4, is part of the former main factory of Balti Railways and represents unique 19th-century industrial architecture. The building has been used as a smithy and will be reconstructed preserving most of the architectural elements typical of the era. The reconstructed building will offer service spaces.

The building, located by the railway, offers views of the Old Town and Toompea. The I1 building is bordered by Telliskivi Park, which was completed in the summer of 2024.

Maybe it will never be, but our plans with the buildings are as big as they are. All buildings have running businesses, but we also have free space. The spaces have kept a lot of their original features and are open to new tenants with their unique ideas.
