Located in the area of a historic building complex, Telliskivi TLN is a rapidly developing business district. It’s a desirable working environment and the cosmopolitan and diverse heart of the city, where something is always happening.

150 years
of history

The roots of Telliskivi go back to 1870, when the main workshops of the Reval Railway were built here. It was the largest employer in Tallinn at the end of 19th century with 500 employees. Almost half a century later, the first electric trains of the Baltic states were produced in these workshops.

As technology developed, trains were replaced by electrical engineering. In 1970, semiconductor devices were manufactured for the first Soviet lunar rover. Components of atomic power plants have also been in production here.

Inspiring city
environment

Today, Telliskivi is in the middle of everything, at the hub of different ways of getting around and next to the Old Town. We combine the uniqueness of North Tallinn with modern business and leisure opportunities to create a human-centred and inspiring urban space.

Buildings with state-of-the-art architecture inspired by industrial heritage, walking paths offering views and space, and green parks are carefully designed to support both ambitious business and leisure activities. Telliskivi is just THE place to be.

Clear vision

By the end of 2025 I4-building next to Reisijate street was completed and G-building which has been closed to public up until now was opened in summer 2025.

Development plans for the biggest building in Telliskivi – M-building – are also under discussion.
