This time, we were joined by architects Kaidi Põldoja and Jaak-Adam Looveer from Muutruum, who spoke to us about well-planned urban space. Their presentation gave us a great opportunity to reflect on whether we are heading in the right direction with our own plans.

Alo Kippasto gave us a glimpse into what Telliskivi TLN is planning to achieve over the next two years. The vision is to transform the existing M-building into a cohesive development consisting of eight interconnected parts, with an extension of the business district`s main street and smaller side streets weaving through the area.

The campus will welcome bold new architecture for retail, services and offices, while also creating more space for greenery and a vibrant, lively atmosphere.

Once all the presentations were over, members of the community had the opportunity to ask the experts questions. We then headed out on a guided tour of the M-building.

It may have been raining cats and dogs, but we didn’t let that stop us. We explored the M-building in all its glory, accompanied by the watchful calls of two ravens overhead. 🐦‍⬛
