Office space to let in the Telliskivi TLN I1-building, completed in 2018. The space is located on the second floor and has access via corridor B. The open-plan layout includes an open space work area, six different-sized meeting rooms/private offices, a kitchenette/recreation area, and toilets. The detailed floor plan can be found in the gallery below. The room has forced ventilation and cooling.
The office furniture is not included, this space will come unfurnished (kitchenette furniture included).
Utility costs will be added to the rental price - annual average approx 2,2 eur/m2 + VAT.
Parking for tenants is provided in the outdoor car parking lot at the Telliskivi TLN property (we offer an unlimited number of parking spaces on a monthly fee basis). We are located in Tallinn city centre, where all major public transport options are just minutes away, including tram and train stops.
